sparkling

Blanc De Blanc, Francois Montand (France), NV
An elegant floral bouquet. Toasty and complex, showing buttery overtones and great finesse. Crisp apple and lemon tickle the palate.

whites

Pinot Grigio, Kris (Alto-Adige, Italy), 2005
Pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose recalls acacia flowers and a delicate hint of almonds. The palate is clean and refreshing with notes of linden and honey.

Sauvignon Blanc, Cooper’s Creek (New Zealand), 2006
Tropical aromas of guava and passion fruit. This fruit packed white shows grapefruit and apple on the palate with great balance and lingering crispness.

Riesling QBA, Christopher Philipp (Rheingau, Germany), 2005
Aromas of honey, white peaches, light fennel and floral tones. This German Riesling’s palate is broad and juicy with mouthwatering acidity.

Chenin Blanc/Viognier, Pine Ridge (Napa, CA), 2005
Fragrant aromas of fresh pear, melon, pink grapefruit, white nectarine and a touch of licchee. Each of these aromatics roll into the palate with nice bright acidity helping to balance the wine.

Chardonnay, Solex (Sonoma, CA), 2004
This Russian River Chardonnay displays distinct characteristics of its appellation; rich, ripe fruit and firm acidity. Concentrated aromas and flavors of pear, apple and vanilla are complemented with toasty oak components.

Dry Riesling, Swedish Hill (New York), 2005
Elegant floral aromas and a clean, crisp finish. A drier style of Riesling.

rosé

White Zinfandel, Deloach (California), NV
This White Zin is a refreshing wine with tropical aromas of fresh pineapple and sweet citrus. Flavors of ripe strawberries and pears intensify the smooth, crisp finish.

reds

Valpolicella, Allegrini (Veneto, Italy), 2005
This light and fragrant red exhibits aromas and flavors of sweet cherries and roasted nuts. The veneto’s famed Corvina grape is the key player in this young Valpolicella.

Temperanillo, Fontana “Mesta” (Castilla, Spain), 2004
A little red gem offering cherry and dried herbs from the nose to the palate. This light to medium bodied effort is a favorite among Tapas Bars in Spain where a variety of small portion dishes are served. Temperanillo pairs well with a wide range of flavors.

Syrah, Liberty School (Paso Robles, California), 2004
The nose is brimming with aromas of black berry, currants and smoke. On the palate are flavors of ripe dark cherries, black pepper and wild exotic berries. This wine is medium to full bodied with intense color.

Malbec, Alamos (Mendoza, Argentina), 2005
Aromas of tea, leather and black berry explode from this dense and smoky Malbec. It possesses the concentration and texture of a baby Bordeaux with fruit, beefy tannins and full flavor on the palate. Malbec, which has been used for years in Bordeaux, has become a major import into the U.S. market.

Shiraz, Shingleback (Australia), 2003
The nose opens with plum, sweet milk chocolate and spice.
It's a similar tale in the mouth. The finish brings a wave of mocha,
roasted coffee beans and a savory smoky flavor.

Pinot Noir, Bogle (California), 2004
There’s very little nose on this wine, but the taste is fine and
full. Some strawberries, plum, a little spice. Tiny bite right on the
finish. Medium-strength tannins that disappear rather quickly. It
retains that light mouth feel that is so prized in Pinot Noir.

Zinfandel, Bogle “Old Vines” (California), 2005
The style of Zinfandel pursued by Bogle is one of forward, aggressive and glorious fruit. Careful selection of the grapes at peak maturity emphasize the fresh berry character of the Zin grape. Toasty oak aromas further enhance the wine's complexity.

Beaujolais-Villages, Georges Duboeuf (French), 2005
The nose opens with sour cherry, cranberry and black
raspberry. Dark, ripe and juicy on the palate with a fleshy core of
black cherry and plum fruit. Good acidity and imperceptible tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cousino-Macul (Chile), 2005
This medium to dark ruby colored Cabernet displays a nose of creamy black fruit intermingled with roasted herbs. The palate has excellent concentration and depth with soft black fruit flavors. Chile has been making great value wines for years.

Pinot Noir, Camelot (California), 2005
Aromas of strawberry overlaid with a slightly earthy cassis
and smoky vanilla blanket. Flavors of sour cherry and dried herbs
complemented by soft tannins delight the senses.

Zinfandel, Earthquake (California), 2004
Groundshaking Zinfandel fruit awakens the nose with dried
plum and deep cocoa. Brambley blackberry and rich cocoa balance
out the bold tannins, leaving the mouth with a warm lasting finish.
